1. Services Refund Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality treatments and services. However, in the rare event that you are unsatisfied with a service, our refund policy is as follows:
1.1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service has been provided or completed, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, please notify our management team immediately at the time of your appointment, and we will make every effort to rectify the issue.
1.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
1.3. Prepaid Service Packages
For prepaid service packages, the following refund rules apply:
- Unused Services: If you have purchased a prepaid package and no longer wish to continue with the remaining services, you may request a refund for unused services, minus any discounts that were applied during the initial purchase.
- Partially Used Packages: If a portion of the package has been used, the refund will be prorated based on the number of used services and calculated at the full, non-discounted rate of those services.
2. Products Refund Policy
We take great pride in offering organic, handmade products at Laama Grand Wellness and Laama Spa locations. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased, our product refund policy is as follows:
2.1. Eligibility for Product Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on products, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all refund requests.
2.2. Non-Refundable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare products, oils, and cosmetics
- Customized or personalized items
2.3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund upon return of the product. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
